Technology & Development Contract Assessment
Technology projects can become disputed over scope, changes, versions, delivery and acceptance. Organize the agreement and records before confirming the contractual review or dispute assessment that can be undertaken.
Connect scope and change requests
Map requirements, specifications, milestones, pricing and approved changes, including effects on cost and timing. Separate incomplete original work from later additions.
Identify delivery and acceptance
Distinguish demonstrations, test versions, final delivery, deployment and acceptance. Keep version identifiers, test issues, fixes and acceptance or rejection records rather than a general statement that it does not work.
Review deliverables, permissions and exit
Review documents, source files, account access, licences, maintenance and handover on termination. Payment alone does not establish transfer of all technical work and intellectual property.
Separate contractual and technical analysis

Scope and limitations
This page explains contract and document assessment; it does not claim unverified technical qualifications or handled matters.
